The place was overall clean and picturesque, it had accommodating staff who handled our check-in and check-out. The location was exceptionally nice: the Christmas market and a market were within walking distance.

This place offers a peaceful and spacious room with a comfortable bed and a range of amenities, including a safe, mini-bar, and sofa bed, in a convenient location near bus stops.

We were looking for a modest hotel room just for 1 night and i found this is awesome.The hotel is just a smile away from the main train station and it is amongst the corridor of pedestrian,no noise,no buggers.It is clean and in antique rose color and the staffs are all very nice.In fact,it's situated in the heart of the old city of Winterthur.Shops are around the corner if you may need something,a pharmacy too.For pets lovers,dogs are welcome.

The hotel is located in the city center of Winterthur, therefore central but correspondingly loud. the breakfast did not meet my expectations at all, the fruit was already there, if you wanted to drink a coffee you had to study the coffee machine first and the ambiguous explanation led to an underground bad coffee, which I could not have imagined worse. I couldn't get help because nobody cared. A parking space was not available, so I parked in a nearby parking garage for CHF 25 a night. The room was clean but very tired, the staff a bit snotty. I would not stay at this hotel again

The garden view from my spacious room was pleasant, the beds were comfy, and the room had a fridge, safe, and central heating.

Ideal place for discovering Winterthur with active staff who handled our check-in and check-out. Nice beds and a safe, cable television, and a mini-fridge-bar. Nice bathroom and bathtubs with good sewerage. Honestly no reason to complain❤

Everything was great and exceeded high expectations. the staff were very nice and pleasant people who handled our check-in and check-out. Its location right at a flagship library was marvelous and lovely. the area was central, close to the beautiful Old Town of Winterthur, waterfront, and restaurants.

The hotel has amazingly friendly staff who handled our check-in and check-out smoothly. Excellent and absolutely perfect location close enough to restaurants, bars, the city center, and the beautiful Old Town of Winterthur. Convenient proximity to the airport.

The staff here are kind and great, the rooms are airy and clean with all amenities, and the location is conveniently close to all the places we wanted to visit.

The staff members were pleasant and exceptional. The room was clean and quiet, with a balcony we enjoyed all day. The food was good, with a wide range of dishes on the menu. We had a really enjoyable time at the hotel.
